Once your paper or article is submitted to IJMTAR, it cannot be submitted to other journals for possible publication. The submitted paper is under the process of double blind peer reviewing in IJMTAR, it cannot be present or publish anywhere until a rejected decision received by Editor in Chief, IJMTAR.
